The terms and conditions set out below apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully as use of this website and all orders placed assume acceptance of these terms and conditions. For those persons wishing to use our services, they must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services, which form an integral part of these terms and conditions. To access any of these policies, simply click the relevant link in the left hand column of this page.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of this site (or any of our other sites) following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

Registration

To make purchases on this site, you will need to register. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address customercare@sprkidz.com.

Placing Your Order

Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps

  • Shop by browsing through our collections.
  • Click on the image or collection to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing, colour options, and whether the item is in stock.
  • Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the '”Add to my shopping bag” button near the desired item.
  • Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items click on “Quantity” and key in the new quantity, then click on “Update shopping bag”.
  • Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag by clicking on the “Continue shopping” button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it.
  • Proceed to checkout to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.

We are sorry but we do not accept phone orders at this time. We accept payment by American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Sizing

All of our clothing is made based on UK sizes, and sizing tends to be quite generous. So, for example, a 2 years outfit should be suitable up to 3 years, if your child is of average build. For this reason our items come only in even ages: 2y, 4y, 6y, 8y and 10y.

Please refer to the sizing chart. If you are still in doubt, you can send us your child’s measurements and we will be happy to recommend the best size; furthermore, if you are not happy with the size we will send you another size if it’s available.

Acceptance of Your Order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.

Only when your order has been dispatched is your order deemed to be accepted, unless we have previously informed you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Your order may not be accepted if the item is unavailable or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, if your payment is not authorised, if we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent or suspicious or a product is priced or described wrongly.

We cannot guarantee that the colour shades or garment details or prints depicted in our photos are exact or accurate due to the unique nature of our clothing, the limits of digital photographic technology and individual monitor settings.

Delivery and Availability

Deliveries to overseas customers are made by Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service or Speedpost Air Parcel Service (depending on the customer’s choice of shipping option) and a signature is required for their receipt. If delivery prices change from those published on our website we will inform you before you are charged. Please note that overseas customers may incur local taxes and import duties in the jurisdiction to which they have specified delivery, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-3 days of receipt. Once dispatched, most international deliveries should take 1-4 business days if shipped by Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service, and 6-14 business days if shipped by Speedpost Air Parcel Service.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this and your options as soon as possible. You will be refunded the amount charged for any goods that are unavailable, should you decide on this option.

Your acceptance of delivery requires a signature by an adult over the age of 18. Every effort is made to deliver your goods within the estimated time frames. From time to time, delays may occur. We will not be held liable for any failed or late deliveries.

Privacy

If you make contact with us, we only ask for enough information to process your order efficiently, to keep your details up to date and to provide you with marketing information. We will not store your credit card details or share your personal information with other companies.

We always give you the option to be removed from our post and e-mail lists and at any time you may view, change or delete any of the information we have about you, simply by e-mailing us at customercare@sprkidz.com

Payment

Payment can be made by American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by SPRkidz. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to SPRkidz, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Payments are made in Euros. Exchange rates shown are intended for guidance only and conversions are made at our credit card processing bank’s prevailing rate at the time the payment is taken from your card.

We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal. At SPRkidz we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option of re-confirming or cancelling your order.

Our credit card processing bank carries out rigorous security checks on all credit and debit card transactions. Should we feel that an order is suspicious or where the details provided do not match the details held by the card issuing bank, we reserve the right to refuse it.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the item/s, provided that you have first notified us via email at customercare@sprkidz.com within 48 hours of your receipt of the order, and they are returned within 30 days from the date of your receipt of the order, in an unworn, perfect and original saleable condition (which is at our sole discretion) with all tags attached, and subject to the conditions set out below.

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days from the date on which SPRkidz has verified that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded.

You will not be able to exchange one item for another instead.

SPRkidz will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn or washed, or where the tags have been removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us by email at customercare@sprkidz.com on the same day if they wish to return.

Sale items and swimwear cannot be refunded.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

For your own protection, when returning goods, we strongly recommend that you use international courier service or other recorded delivery service as we cannot issue refunds for goods that do not reach us within the specified time frame of 30 days from the date on which you received your order.
